Gift Cards

Purchase and Use:

  • Gift cards can be purchased on our website or in person at Opal's Table

  • Gift cards are valid for food and beverage purchases only

  • Gift cards have no expiration date unless required by law

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced

Balance and Redemption:

  • Check your gift card balance by contacting us at (432) 687-1158

  • Gift cards must be presented at time of payment

  • Any unused balance remains on the gift card for future use

  • Opal's Table is not responsible for unauthorized gift card use

Terms Subject to Change: We reserve the right to modify gift card terms at any time. Changes will not affect previously purchased gift cards unless required by law.

Event Tickets and Bookings

Ticket Purchases:

  • Event tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis

  • All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled by Opal's Table

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to anyone

Event Cancellations:

  • If an event is cancelled by Opal's Table, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event

  • We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with a cancelled event

  • Event details (date, time, menu) are subject to change with reasonable notice

Private Events and Catering:

  • Private event bookings require a deposit, which may be non-refundable

  • Cancellation policies vary by event size and date; specific terms will be provided at time of booking

  • Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed prior to the event

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or violation of our policies

Guest Conduct:

  • Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who are disruptive or violate our policies

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to our property

Reservations

Reservations are managed through third-party platforms (such as Resy). By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and policies of both Opal's Table and the reservation platform.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout

  • Sales tax will be added where applicable

  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opal's Table, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Guests with food allergies dine at their own risk.
